Sr/Staff Software Engineer - Operator Library Development

The Software Engineer will be part of the software design task force for NPU related IP. The engineer will be expected to: Enable machine learning algorithms and/or applications on arm AI products for related the state of the art technologies such as LLM, computer vision, speech recognition etc. Focus on leading edge algorithm information and implement Design deep learning solutions (with all needed software stacks) for typical usage scenarios like in LLM/CNN/RNN analytic, achieving competitive performance. Focus on algorithmic adaptation with hardware Desirable Skills and Experience: Expert programming skills in C/C++, Python Familiar with the underlying implementation of the algorithm Familiar with computer architecture Familiar with common AI algorithm acceleration methods such as quantization, pruning, sparsification, can explore the newest algorithm Hands-on skill of software integration during all cycles of development.
