   AI Automation Development Design and develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, document automation, and other AI-enabled business solutions. Use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dify, Power Automate and other relevant tools to build and orchestrate AI automation solutions. Integrate large language models with enterprise applications, data, documents, and knowledge sources to support use cases such as information extraction, knowledge retrieval, content generation, and workflow automation. Develop prototypes and pilots and move successful solutions into secure production environments. Define and apply appropriate validation, human review, access controls, and evaluation criteria for AI solutions. Monitor solution quality and improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience based on production results and feedback.

   Low-Code Application Development Design and develop internal Web, mobile, and workflow applications using OutSystems. Translate business

into application workflows, user interfaces, data models, business rules, and security roles. Configure standard OutSystems capabilities and reusable components to meet business requirements while minimizing unnecessary customization. Develop extensions or components when standard OutSystems capabilities do not fully meet the requirements. Maintain and enhance applications to improve usability, performance, security, and maintainability. 3. Solution Engineering, Deployment and Support Integrate AI platforms, low-code applications, enterprise systems, databases, and external services using REST APIs, webhooks, file-based interfaces, and other appropriate methods. Develop .NET APIs, services, and connectors to integrate or extend AI automation and low-code solutions. Design, implement and maintain data models, queries, stored procedures, and data-processing logic. Apply appropriate software engineering, security, code-review, and testing practices. Manage source code using Git or comparable tools, including repositories, branches, version control, and release baselines. Deploy Web applications, APIs, backend services, and containerized components in AWS environments. Configure and release solutions across development, test, and production environments in coordination with infrastructure, security, and other related teams. Troubleshoot AI agent, application, database, integration, data quality, deployment, performance, and security issues. Maintain technical documentation, including solution configuration, deployment and rollback procedures, interface specifications, and support guides. Support go-live and initial production stabilization and provide knowledge transfer to application support team. Required Competencies Technical Judgment: Evaluates technical options and selects practical solutions based on business needs, security, scalability, cost, and long-term support. Software Engineering: Applies sound engineering practices to build reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Problem Solving: Investigates technical issues, identifies root causes, and drives them through to resolution. Quality and Ownership: Takes ownership of technical deliverables from development through production handover. Communication and Collaboration: Communicates clearly and works effectively with business users, project managers, technical teams, application support teams, and external vendors. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dify. Experience configuring agent instructions, workflows, knowledge sources, tools, actions, access controls, and human review processes. Experience using Power Automate, connectors, and REST APIs to integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and data. At least five years of hands-on application development experience. Strong programming skills in C# and Python, with experience developing Web APIs, backend services, and enterprise applications. Hands-on OutSystems development experience, including integration with APIs and external services. Strong experience with system and data integration, including authentication, data mapping, transformation, validation, exception handling, logging, and monitoring. Practical experience deploying and supporting applications, APIs, backend services, or containers in AWS. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and optimizing enterprise RAG solutions, including document processing, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and prompt design. Experience selecting and evaluating large language models and establishing practical testing methods to assess solution accuracy, reliability, performance, and cost. Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry. Experience delivering solutions for Legal, Compliance, Business Development, HR, Communications, or other General Administration functions.
