Sales Management（LATAM/APAC/EUR）

What we need you to do: Support regional business expansion and help achieve growth targets in wind power, energy storage, and related sectors； Identify client opportunities and support project communication, contract negotiation, process coordination, and delivery follow-up； Manage sales operations, including customer relationship management, lead tracking, and sales process support； Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from business development and contract signing to delivery and operations； Track business targets, project opportunities, bidding information, market data, and order forecasts, and identify potential risks in a timely manner； Support major project tracking, management reporting, sales process optimization, LTC mechanisms, and business data dashboards； Maintain close communication with regional offices, customers, and internal teams, and help drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction； Assist with daily sales management, meetings, customer activities, and other business support tasks； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to business, management, energy, engineering, or similar fields are

Strong communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to work under pressure； Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills； Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to support business tracking, reporting, and risk analysis； Willingness to travel as required by business needs； Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written； Familiarity with mainstream large language models and Agent applications, with the ability to use AI tools to improve work efficiency； Preferred qualifications: Internship or practical experience in business development, sales management, pre-sales, project development, or related roles in the energy industry； Experience studying or living in China, or fluency in Chinese as a working language； Experience in sales operations, customer management, bid tracking, or business analysis
