   Design reasonable surface treatment/heat treatment process base on existing equipment, product characteristics…, create working instruction, design fixture to ensure product quality for localization, industrialization, and duplication project.

2. 02

   Responsible to realize the design and develop outputs in production, including creating. operation specification, validation, and verification of production process, etc.

3. 03

   Analysis defective parts and troubleshooting for failures in production line, report and actions follow up.

4. 04

   Set up and implement process control. Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on-time delivery, as well. Improve process capability from cost and productivity aspects.

5. 05

   Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable.

6. 06

   Audit & qualify tooling-concerned suppliers for existing & new product needs.

7. 07

   Provide process technical support for all other internal needs.

• External At least5 years experiences of metallic part surface treatment/heat treatment. experience of metallic forming, such as stamping, sheet metal, cold-forging etc. Degree of Bachelor ; Major in surface treatment technology
