009HXZ-Firmware, Senior Design Engineer I

Lead the firmware design team and respond to project design leader to develop and deliver high quality firmware with guaranteed schedule. Lead the firmware workload evaluation and tasks assignment, provide hands-on technical guidance and leadership during development and operational incidents. Enforce coding standards and best practices specific to embedded systems. Lead the cooperation and resolve conflicts with other cross function teams like marketing, electronics, industrial, quality and IVV, etc. Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. Work with architects to define and implement the overall architecture of firmware, ensuring safety and security. Make critical design decisions and select appropriate hardware and software components. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory

, particularly in safety-critical systems. Set quality benchmarks, perform quality checks, and implement corrective measures to ensure the highest standards of software quality. Requirements: Proficiency in embedded programming languages (e.g., C, C++). Strong understanding of microcontrollers with ARM Cortex-M and embedded systems architecture. Experience of application and driver development with real-time operating systems (RTOS) Experience of hardware-software co-design and integration. Knowledge of quality rules for firmware development, experience of DevOps as to quality frameworks such as IEC61508 or ISO26262 is a plus. Knowledge of cyber security topics like secure boot, secure upgrade and secure communication, experience of deploy IEC 62443-4-2 certificate is a plus. Knowledge of communication protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP Excellent leadership and communication skills Team player with a collaborative approach.
