009J4D-Senior Product Quality Engineer

Description - External - In charge of the Quality of several production sectors (Industrial products drives) - Ensure that the PFMEA & Process Control Plan is applied - Lead continuous improvement on its production lines - Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and Problem solving - Lead the process quality risk identification and set up process quality control method toward quality goals. - Create and maintain quality control documentation - Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs update - Be a member of SPS audits - Lead product/offer related Continuous Improvement actions and projects - Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new product or product evolution - Secure =S= quality directives and standards during mass production for its responsible products/projects - Support quality control team, customer service team and production team to solve operational quality issues in regards to his/her products/projects - Very strong problem solving skills (Mandatory), and project management skill - Good communication skill and coordinate ability. - Fluent in English. - Green Belt trained

• Be familiar with digital tools like AI, BI, Python.. - More than 3 years experience in quality function - Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related field).
