009JJU-Project Manager

> Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. > Develop, with the agile mindset and ways of working, the project execution to meet KPIs during the iteration of the project lifecycle. > Is responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule. > Organize, build, lead, align and motivate the project team and synchronize the project team with the other teams. > Challenge the functions (including marketing) to take ownership of the project objectives > Get commitment from Project Stakeholders (Countries, Business Departments and/or BUs) to achieve Time to Market & Profit targets (resources, M€). > Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time. > Identify the risks, issues and manage the associated corrective action plans. > Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions. > Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis. > Potential to extend to lead league portfolio management and/or people management. Quafilications: > Rich experience in offer creation project management; experience in 2 or more functions (Marketing or other positions with customer exposure, Design, Quality, Industrialization etc.) , or portofolio management would be a plus. > Agile mindsets and practices will be another plus. > Competencies in project management, scheduling, finance in projects (ROI, COGS) and marketing; broad view on all discipline process > Knowledge in Electrical Distribution and its associated business model; knowledge in Low Voltage electrical products would be a plus. > Able to work with remote team members > Proactive leadership with international mindset > Entrepreneurship behavior > Strong communication skills > Fluent in English
