Description - External 1:Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Systems 2:Ability to master methods and computer aided design & test tools, to anticipate their impact on efficiency 3:Familar Line Architecture Design Methodology 4:Use Lean methodology to optimize process flow 5: lead CI projects for quality/productivity/automation/digitization improvement . 6: JBS (Job breakdown sheet) & OWS (Operation work standard) created and management 7: Design of the processes and subprocesses of a distribution Center / warehouse / production line 8:Data Analysis and Optimization

• External 1: More than 5 years manufacturing /OEM ODM factory/warehose /DC working experience. 2: English can be used as office language 3: Very strong problem-solving skills (Mandatory), be familiar with 8D, 5 why analysis 4: Understand the documented MPH process(Kanban, OFO-Kitting, Consumable & Wates), route, flows ( physical and information). 5: Understand MPH performance indicates, such as, service level, cycle time and efficiency measurement 6: Have experience to lead project/ program with safety / sustainability transformation, Six Sigma GB is plus. 7: Digital mindset / automation basic knowledge
