岗位职责
Responsibility · Support Electronics experts on:
Destroy physical analysis (DPA: including metallographic sample preparation, metallographic observation, SEM&EDS test, coating thickness test, x-ray......)
Electrical parameters test for both active components (MOSFET, IGBT......) and passive components (resistors, capacitors......) · Draft test report with defined template in English. · Test devices maintain and test method study & documentation.
任职要求
Bachelor’s degree on electronics or material related major. · At least 1 year experience on electronics analysis or material analysis. · Be familiar with cross-sectioning sample preparation, OM, SEM, SAT, X-RAY devices. · Master ECAD design tool, such as Cadence (Orcad & Allegro) is preferred. · Strong ownership. · English: be able to draft technical reports, emails and read standards.
