Perform verification and validation test - Work with PTL team to meet project

• Perform the right test with team member, share test result - Work in the way based on CNAS and LMS model - Provide expertise regarding test to improve design quality - Contribute to improvement of test competency - Solve difficult technical problem Safety involvement： - Follow strictly the safety rules - Contribute to lab safety improvement Lab development - Improve internal rules, test methodology and procedures - Get involved in lab development including equipement commissioning - Contribute to lab quality and efficiency improvement Expected personal characteristics: 1 - Be serious and patient, good quality sense 2 - Capability to solve difficult technical problems 3 - Effective communication with PTL, test demander etc. 4 - Good team work spirit 5 - Open mind Specific Competencies: Electrical engineering background Power distribution product and test related standard knowledge Electrical measurement basic Good English reading, writing, oral command Good document writing capability Capability to freely communicate with foreigner
