) Manage project PCB/PCBA prototype build in supplier Drive PCBA/PCB process transfer to Schneider plant and support localization projects Provide training to internal employee on PCB/PCBA process At least 8 years experience in electronic industry and at least 5 years professional experience in PCBA industrial domain (not total 8 year, but 5 years in this area. Good at PCBA process, Design for manufacturing, experience in PCBA/PCB manufacturing, know some tools of DFM Knowledge in PCBA process design, important, not only know the process, but also know why is this process Good understanding of quality data, and PCBA mfg KPI, green belt of six sigma is preferred Have electronic product R&D experience and electronics test are preferred Knowledge of electronic component: industrial constraints in PCBA manufacturing process Well understanding of PCB fabrication process /related quality standard(IPC-A-600,UL standard) LCD technical & manufacture process background is preferred. Better to have ICT development capability Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent oral English, be good at English writing
