IT Engineer

   IT Planning, Infrastructure Build-out & Operations Lead IT planning, infrastructure build-out, and day-to-day operations for the company's international offices, ensuring stable performance of office networks, computing resources, end-user devices, and related environments. Based on the characteristics of the company's overseas energy storage investment business, plan and deploy IT systems and tools suited to local market operations, supporting core scenarios such as office work, video conferencing, and cross-border collaboration.

   IT Policy, Standards & Security Management Develop and enforce IT management policies, standard operating procedures, workflows, and security strategies across global operations. Implement information security, data protection, access control, backup & disaster recovery, and endpoint security measures to ensure compliance and data safety across all international office locations.

   IT Service Capability Development Build and continuously improve the local IT service desk at each international office, providing timely response and resolution to user IT issues, ensuring business continuity. Establish IT Asset Management (ITAM), Incident Management, Change Management, and other IT service processes to continuously improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage relationships with local IT vendors and outsourced service providers in international markets, ensuring delivery quality and cost control.

   Business Support & Digital Enablement Develop a deep understanding of the company's overseas energy storage business models and provide targeted digital solution support. Drive the integration of business processes with IT systems (ERP / CRM / OA / BI, etc.), leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making quality for global operations.

Required Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronic Information, or related fields preferred. 5+ years of IT experience, with a proven track record in IT infrastructure build-out, operations, and project delivery within global or multinational office environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud platforms, endpoint security, video conferencing, etc.) and mainstream business systems (ERP / CRM / OA / BI, etc.). Understanding of information security management frameworks, data compliance, and privacy protection requirements, with strong security awareness and risk mitigation capabilities. Fluent in English and Mandarin as a working language , with excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and service orientation. Strong project management, problem-solving, and resilience under pressure; able to independently drive global IT projects from 0 to 1. Preferred – Industry & Compliance Prior experience in energy storage, power batteries, renewable energy, or manufacturing industries. Experience providing IT support for international operations in the energy storage / renewable energy sector, with familiarity with overseas operational workflows. Knowledge of cross-border data compliance for Chinese enterprises expanding globally , and relevant regulations/standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001 . Preferred – Certifications Holders of ITIL, PMP, CISP, CISSP, CCNP , or other relevant IT certifications will be prioritized. Preferred – Vendor Management Experience managing local IT vendors and outsourced service providers in international markets.
