Skilled Worker 机加工操作员

岗位职责 Responsible for quality parts produced on CNC machines.负责在CNC机床上生产出合格产品 Responsible for loading parts, operating controls, setting tools, simple edits, Debarring and inspection of quality parts.负责毛坯件装载，操作机器，设定刀具，简单编辑程序，去毛刺和成品检查。 Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished components.研究解释图纸，操作指导，规范或者样件来判定完成品的尺寸和公差。 According to production process, to monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.根据生产工艺要求，检查发现产品质量问题，发现，废弃和重新加工不合格产品 Communicates with team leader/Engineer/engineering/quality team members and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.和主管/工程师/工艺工程部、质量部等团队成员或者其它相关人员一起解决机加工加工工艺或者质量问题。 Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.保持设备和工作区域整洁，有序，执行基本的预防维护。 undertake TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools.承担机器设备TPM活动。 To follow PPE and 5S management

.遵从和执行作业范围内的劳保用品和5S管理要求 Obey the arrangement of superiors and complete various tasks with quality and quantity.听从上级安排并保质保量完成各项工作任务 Other assignment assigned.其它交办的任务 Requirements 任职要求 High-school education background or above.高中及以上学历。 2-5 years experiences of setting\running CNC machining2-5年机加工设备操作经验。 Be familiar with the casting parts.了解铸铁件的机加工。 The work experience of setting and operating multiple machines设定和操作多台机器。 The capabilities of reading and interpreting engineering drawings读懂和说明工程图纸。 Understand geometric Tolerance.理解几何公差
