Commercial Analytics Analyst (商业分析师)

Commercial Analytics & Reporting • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights. • Develop and maintain business KPIs, analytical models, reports, and dashboards to support performance management and decision-making. • Improve data quality, consistency, and standardization through data governance and process optimization.

Business Enablement • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into practical analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions. • Use tools such as Tableau, FineBI, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics platforms to deliver effective data solutions. • Provide analytical support for business planning, performance reviews, forecasting, and commercial initiatives. • Promote data literacy and best practices through training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users.

Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, financial analysis, or related analytical roles. • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, FineBI, or Power BI; experience with Python, R, ETL, or data governance is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into business recommendations. • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
