Monitor trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator economy platforms. Conduct competitive research on AI video editing tools and summarize key findings. Collect and organize customer feedback from multiple sources, identifying recurring themes and user pain points. Support Product Managers in writing user stories, documenting product

, and maintaining product documentation. Participate in feature testing, bug reporting, and quality validation before releases. Help analyze product performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the overall user experience. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and creator economy trends. Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in AI products, content creation, and the creator economy. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video platforms. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn product development methodologies. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Personal experience creating content for social media platforms. Exposure to AI-powered creative tools. Familiarity with Agile product development. Experience with basic analytics, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools. Portfolio or social media profile showcasing your understanding of digital content is a plus.
