Country IT Manager – China(J45508)

8+ years of broad IT experience, including country, site, or regional IT management. • Experience working in a multinational company and collaborating with global IT teams. • Strong experience with enterprise applications, including HRIS/payroll and systems supporting other business functions. • Solid knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, integrations, data management, cybersecurity, and access controls. • Experience delivering IT projects and managing vendors, budgets, risks, and service performance. • Knowledge of China’s technology, cybersecurity, and data-privacy environment. • Highly hands-on, accountable, and proactive, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong business-partnering, stakeholder-management, and cross-cultural communication skills. • Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; the ability to operate confidently with global executives and teams is essential. • Highly proactive, hands-on, and solutions focused.
