Material Planning/材料计划岗

负责跟进材料胚布预定，生产进度、品质、异常处理，能及时快速协调材料厂的各项问题，确保材料达到公司高品质要求 Oversee greige booking, monitor fabric production schedule, and quality; work with fabric mills to resolve issues and ensure materials meet the brand's standards. 负责持续监控、培训材料供应商的生产流程和品质管控，保障材料供应商持续同步成长，以达到品牌高速发展要求Continuously monitor and train material suppliers on production schedule and quality performance to support their ongoing development in line with the brand’s rapid growth

. 协助处理成衣供应商与材料供应商的协作问题，及时有效处理成衣厂生产过程中的材料异常和三方协同 Assist in resolving collaboration issues between T1 suppliers and T2s; promptly solve material-related hurdles during apparel production and facilitate coordination within internal stakeholders. 对接材料开发部、成衣开发部的材料风险评估，规避材料量产风险 Liaise with the Material Development team and Apparel Development team on material risk assessment to mitigate risks during mass production. 负责其他材料量产应急事务，及时高效完成领导交办任务 Handle other urgent matters related to material mass production and other ad hoc tasks assigned by leadership.
