Machine Electrical System Design 整机电气系统方案设计 (30%) 1.1 Responsible for full‑scope electrical solution development for retrofit projects of mining trucks, loaders and excavators, covering high/low‑voltage electrical schematics, vehicle‑level wiring scheme, battery PACK harness and high‑voltage busbar system design. Working Experiences 工作经验 More than 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical design. Prior experience in electrical design for construction machinery (loaders, excavators, mining trucks) and energy storage / electrification is preferred. 5年以上电气设计相关工作经验，具备工程机械（装载机、挖掘机、矿卡）+ 新能源储能 / 电动化电气设计经验者优先

Knowledge 知识要求 3.1 Familiar with the complete development process of retrofitting for construction machinery; familiar with the design principles of energy‑storage BMS/EMS/PCS systems, high‑voltage power distribution and busbar cabinet. 熟悉工程机械油改电完整开发流程；熟悉储能 BMS/EMS/PCS 系统、高压配电、汇流柜设计原理 3.2 Proficient in industrial communication protocols; familiar with electrical component selection, cost‑accounting logic and specifications for technical agreements. 精通工业通讯协议；熟悉电气元器件选型知识、成本核算逻辑、技术协议规范
