“黑马工程” 旨在助力名创优品全球化战略推进，实现 “成为全球领先的 IP 运营平台” 企业愿景，面向重点市场与核心业务部门，输送认同名创文化、懂IP、国际化的中高端复合型人才。 The Dark Horse Program is a key initiative to accelerate MINISO's global expansion and fulfill our vision To become the world's leading IP operation platform. Focusing on strategic markets and core business functions, the program develops cross-functional, mid-to-senior level talent who who are aligned with MINISO's culture, possess IP expertise, and have an international perspective. 黑马工程采用跨中心核心业务轮岗历练 + 双向定岗模式，先轮岗实践再定岗，帮助同学匹配真正适配自身的事业方向。 The Dark Horse Program adopts a cross-functional core business rotation, and mutual selection placement model. Participants will first gain hands-on experience through rotations across business centers before moving into a permanent role, helping them identify the career direction that best matches their strengths and interests.

   轮岗期：深度参与集团核心业务全链路实操历练，覆盖国内门店运营、海外市场精细化运营、战略品类研发与流程落地、品牌营销与私域运营、渠道规划、拓展等多元业务场景，打通完整业务视角，扎实沉淀综合能力。

• Rotation Period: Gain in-depth, hands-on experience across the full business value chain, with exposure to diverse business scenarios including domestic store operations, refined overseas market operations, strategic category development and process implementation, brand marketing and private-domain operations, channel planning and expansion, and more. Build a holistic understanding of the business while developing strong, well-rounded capabilities.

   定岗期：轮岗结束后开放商品、海外市场、品牌营销、渠道发展、财经等岗位，更有机会参与操盘跨国商业项目，开展跨文化协同协作，逐步成长为兼具商业领袖思维与国际化视野的复合型储备管理人才。

• Placement Period: Upon completion of the rotation, participants will have opportunities to take on roles in Product, Overseas Markets, Brand Marketing, Channel Development, Finance, and more. Selected participants may also have the opportunity to take part in cross-border business projects and work across cultures, gradually developing into high-potential management talent with both a business leadership mindset and a global perspective.
