Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

What we need you to do: Provide after-sales technical support for wind turbine electrical control systems and energy storage products, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution development, and closed-loop resolution； Support site teams in handling faults related to main control, pitch systems, converters, sensors, communication, control cabinets, and other electrical or control components； Analyze fault cases, operational data, alarm information, and contractual performance anomalies, and develop corrective and preventive actions to improve product and site performance； Prepare and review technical documents such as root cause analysis reports, technical clarification letters, troubleshooting guides, and training materials； Work closely with R&D, quality, supply chain, delivery, and O&M teams to drive issue resolution, product improvement, and knowledge sharing； Support client communication, identify key customer needs, and participate in major case reviews and response strategy development； Contribute to FMEA, failure analysis, risk identification, and technical knowledge base development to improve product reliability and team capability； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field； Solid knowledge of electrical control, PLC, automatic control, power electronics, sensors, communication, or related systems； Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers； Strong sense of ownership, learning agility, and resilience under pressure, with willingness to travel for on-site and international project support； Strong interest in new energy, wind power, energy storage, and field technical support work； Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily work and professional documentation； Mandarin proficiency sufficient for daily work communication； Familiarity with mainstream large language models and Agent applications, with the ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving

qualifications: Internship or project experience in the energy industry, especially in wind turbine engineering services, electrical commissioning, control systems, equipment O&M, or energy storage products； Experience with Python or data analysis is a plus
