岗位职责
System Development & Integration: Participate in the development of enterprise-level systems for business purposes, including core components, process management components, and data integration applications such as analysis tools and algorithms.
Frontend Development: Design and develop reusable user interfaces and components to improve development efficiency and reusability. Develop high-performance, highly available, and secure frontend frameworks.
Backend Development: Design relational database structures to store key experimental and operational data. Develop backend interfaces and microservices to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with frontend and backend engineers, UI designers, and product managers to ensure successful project delivery and provide an excellent user experience. Ensure smooth system deployment and resolve issues as needed.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Maintain high coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
Programming Skills: Solid foundation in backend programming, with proficiency in Java and Python, as well as frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
Frameworks & Tools: Proficient in backend frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and frontend development using ES6, TypeScript, and component libraries. Familiar with bundling tools such as Webpack or Vite.
Database & Infrastructure: Familiar with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Experience in designing, optimizing, and managing databases for large-scale systems.
Microservices & DevOps: Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
Web Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize web performance. Familiarity with HTTP/WebSocket protocols and web performance optimization techniques.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and a passion for continuous learning. Proficiency in Mandarin and English for work is a plus.

学历： 计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
