Lead the Etch engineering team to improve product quality and production efficiency in the Etch area;

Communicated and coordinated R&D and mass production to maximize the company's technology application and cost advantage;

Manage the evaluation and implementation of Etch processes/equipments;

New technology reception, process improvement and mass production of the Etch process;

Establish core team & cultivate key position talents of Etch department.

Bachelor & Above, >10years experience;

Rich experience in semiconductor Etch industry, and relevant team management experience is required;

Excellent efficiency/productivity enhancement and technical/team leadership;

Excellent problem analysis and solving skills;

Excellent cross- functional communication and team working ability;

Demonstrate excellent risk awareness, understanding and avoidance skills on key decisions;

Multi-project management ability, goal-driven, result-oriented.
