EHS & Occupational Health: Assist in on-site safety inspections and occupational hazard testing (e.g., dust, noise). Support employee occupational health exams and record management. Lab Support: Assist with physicochemical testing and maintain laboratory 5S standards. Technical Translation: Translate and proofread EHS training materials, procedures, and regulatory documents in English/German. Data Management: Collect, input, and verify EHS data to ensure accuracy and traceability. General Support: Coordinate meetings, assist with reception, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Preventive Medicine, or related STEM fields. Technical Knowledge: Solid foundation in chemistry/physics; strong awareness of industrial safety and environmental protection; familiarity with EHS regulations is a plus. Language Skills: Strong English reading and writing skills for technical documentation. German proficiency is highly preferred. Soft Skills: High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail. Integrity: High ethical standards, strict compliance with rules, and a value-driven mindset.
