This is a technical and market-facing product role. The successful candidate will understand customer needs, translate them into product

, support product development, and help bring banking and retail technology solutions to market. The role covers both hardware and software solutions, including cash automation, smart terminals, self-service solutions, retail technology, and emerging AI-enabled products. Your main job reponsibility are as follows:

1. 01

   Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitor requirements across the banking and retail industries.

2. 02

   Translate market needs and customer challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, and development priorities.

3. 03

   Work closely with R&D, hardware, software, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

4. 04

   Support product roadmaps, prototype evaluation, testing, product launches, and continuous product improvement.

5. 05

   Act as a bridge between international customers/regional teams and R&D, ensuring products meet real market requirements.

   Identify opportunities to integrate AI, LLMs, biometrics, and other emerging technologies into physical and software products.

7. 07

   Develop product positioning, value propositions, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.

8. 08

   Support customer meetings, technical discussions, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and sales activities.

9. 09

   Create professional presentations, brochures, product videos, demonstrations, and other sales/marketing materials.

    Train and support regional sales teams and partners on new products and solutions. 岗位要求：

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or another relevant technical field.

    Ability to translate customer and business requirements into product requirements.

    Professional fluency in Chinese and English.

    Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Ability to work on-site in Guangzhou, China.
