Track, collect and interpret relevant laws, regulations, policies and standards in China's automotive industry, focusing on core areas such as motor vehicle announcements, CCC certification, emission regulations, intelligent driving and safety standards. Accurately predict the formulation and revision trends of domestic regulations and standards, evaluate the impact on the company's product R&D, production and sales in advance, form professional analysis reports and response plans, and timely transmit them to the company's headquarters and relevant internal departments to avoid compliance risks. Maintain good cooperative relations with core domestic government agencies and industry organizations, focusing on docking with Automobile Standardization Committee, TC11 (National Technical Committee for Automotive Standardization - Vehicle Electronics and Electromagnetic Compatibility Subcommittee), CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China), MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and other units. When there is a conflict between the company's product design plan and existing domestic laws, regulations and standards, proactively communicate and negotiate with standard drafters and relevant government agencies, clearly convey enterprise demands, seek reasonable solutions, promote the efficient resolution of conflicts, and ensure the smooth progress of product R&D and production. Lead the existing regulatory team to carry out work, clarify team division of labor, formulate work objectives and assessment standards, guide team members to complete regulatory tracking, interpretation, compliance audit and other work, improve team professional capabilities and work efficiency, coordinate the implementation of various team work, and ensure the orderly development of compliance management work. Coordinate with the company's R&D department, timely answer various regulatory-related questions raised by R&D personnel, provide full-process professional support for new product R&D, technological transformation, design optimization and other projects from a compliance perspective, accurately convert regulatory and standard requirements into R&D design specifications, and guide the R&D team to implement compliance requirements. Be responsible for internal regulatory publicity and training, carry out targeted compliance training for core departments such as R&D, production and sales, and improve the overall compliance awareness of all employees; coordinate the company's domestic product certification application, production consistency control and other work to ensure the smooth market access of products in China. Synchronize domestic regulatory dynamics to the company's overseas headquarters, assist in building a domestic and foreign compliance connection mechanism, represent the company in domestic automotive industry regulatory and standard discussions and comment collection activities, convey enterprise demands, and promote the optimization and improvement of industry standards. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Law, Environmental Engineering, Automotive Electronics or related majors, with 5 years or more of experience in automotive industry regulatory management and product certification. Experience in foreign-invested (including joint-venture) automotive enterprises is preferred, and familiarity with foreign-invested enterprise management models and work processes is preferred. Possess a solid professional background in automotive regulations, proficient in China's domestic automotive laws, regulations, industry standards and compliance requirements (such as GB series, motor vehicle announcements, CCC certification rules, etc.), understand the basic regulations of major overseas automotive markets, have the ability to independently interpret and analyze regulations, and can accurately predict the trends of domestic regulations and standards. Possess good government relationship resources, have long-term docking experience with government agencies and industry organizations such as Automobile Standardization Committee, TC11, CNCA and MIIT, be good at communication and coordination, can efficiently promote policy docking and problem negotiation, and have strong public relations and negotiation skills. Possess team management experience, be able to effectively lead the existing team to carry out work, have the ability of goal decomposition, personnel guidance and efficiency improvement, have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, and can coordinate the implementation of multiple compliance tasks.
