System Architect/系统架构师

Develop vehicle/platform-level system technology strategy and mid-to-long term planning, define direction and targets for E/E, powertrain, chassis, ADAS, cockpit, thermal management and body systems. Track industry trends, regulations, competitor benchmarking, supply chain and customer demands, deliver system technology insights, risk and competitiveness analysis. Lead the development of system technology roadmap, define architecture solutions, key technologies, performance indicators, timing and modular/platform strategy to ensure forward-looking, implementable and competitive. Organize forward-looking technology evaluation, concept validation, cost-benefit and risk assessment, drive pre-research and technology reserve to support platform/vehicle program approval. Collaborate with R&D, integration, program, purchasing and quality teams to deploy system planning into development and ensure architecture consistency, reuse rate and performance achievement. Responsible for cross-functional / cross-regional alignment, synchronize with global/group standards, resolve architecture conflicts, solution gaps and key technical bottlenecks. Establish and optimize system technology planning process, review mechanism and deliverable standards to continuously improve platform competitiveness and R&D efficiency. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design or related disciplines. Over 8 years of working experience in the automotive industry, with more than 5 years of OEM work experience, and participation in at least one complete project development. Familiar with technology trends in the automotive industry, with in-depth knowledge and practical experience especially in new energy, intelligent driving, connected vehicles, and E/E architecture. Have clear logical thinking and strong analytical capabilities, capable of quickly sorting out messy information and extracting core points. Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills, a proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, excellent self-learning ability, meticulousness, and the ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently on time. Capable of developing technology roadmaps, driving project implementation, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience in technology collaboration or regional technology planning at multinational automotive companies is preferred. Proficient in English. Want to know more?
