To secure stamping die/tooling process development, manufacturing and launch in stamping shop . Lead the development and optimization of stamping die/tooling processes, ensuring alignment with production

and quality standards. Coordinate and manage the manufacturing, assembly, and launch of stamping die & tooling, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project milestones. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless integration of tooling into the production environment and resolve technical challenges during trial phases. What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering major is preferable. At least eight years related inhouse stamping die experience, and good to have manufacturing or production experience. Proficient CAE Autoform & CAD Catia and other office software. Experience in stamping process & die design & die liaison. Skilled for home line commission. Good at problem solving. Data-driven.
