Logistics & Warehouse Operations Intern, South Asia

Warehouse Operations & Analytics Data Consolidation & Analytics: Centralize and analyze data across WMS, TMS, and OMS databases to uncover operational trends and serve as the analytical backbone for warehouse operations. Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Partner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to design and maintain performance dashboards that track key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for optimization. Reporting & Visualizations: Translate complex warehouse data into clear, impactful ad-hoc reports and visualizations to guide strategic decision-making. Process Optimization: Collaborate cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that continuously elevate supply chain efficiency. Logistics & Compliance End-to-End CITES Management: Manage and optimize the workflow for CITES shipping documentation (certification for exotic products), covering applications, cancellations, renewals, and proactive troubleshooting for potential gaps. Internal Sales Events & ATA Carnets: Support internal sales events by managing inventory on SAP (including post-event processing for ATA Carnets and Temporary Imports) to guarantee seamless alignment between physical stock movement and system records. Shipment Reconciliation: Oversee pending incoming shipments across all transportation modes to ensure smooth, on-time delivery into Singapore. Process Enhancement: Partner with the Logistics team to review current workloads, identify inefficiencies, and champion process improvements that enhance daily operational productivity.

2-year undergraduate curriculum completed, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline, with strong quantitative focus. MS Excel proficiency is mandatory. PowerBI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL), SAP experience will be an advantage. Analytical and problem-solving ability.
