R&D Engineer

You will contribute to new product development and maintain global product technical support for global technology centers for surge arresters.

You will lead the R&D project for surge arrester following internal product development workflow and drive factory implementation deliverables.

You should be capable of leading technical solution and concept design review for surge arrester.

You maintain the design, plan, and execute the development test and type test for surge arrester.

You need to work agile, in Teams, hands-on, taking technology and personal development ownership.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You hold a master’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in surge arrester design and application.

Experience in Project management experience for not less than 2 years.

Self-motivated, willing to face different challenges, firm ownership, and good leadership capability.

Good communication and negotiation skills, willingness to work in a multi-language environment, and ability to communicate and collaborate within a global team and with internal/external partners.

Result-oriented, independent, and flexible in committing to the business.

Available for domestic and oversea travel.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
