Quality Inspector

included but not limited 岗位职责包括但不限于：

   Inspect parts according to drawing

, including appearance, dimensions and other technical requirements, and make inspection records 根据图纸要求检验零部件，包括外观，尺寸和其他技术要求，并做好检验记录

2. 02

   Outgoing inspection for machines, including machines, documents, spare parts, etc., and make inspection records 对产品出厂检验，包括机器，文件，备件等，并做好检验记录

3. 03

   Timely deal with the quality problems of the production line, and give temporary measures to prevent production line from stopping production due to quality problems 及时处理生产线的质量问题，给出临时措施防止产线因质量问题停产

4. 04

   Check new projects or new parts according to product engineers and SQA(supplier quality assurance) engineers requirements and complete the prototype process 根据工程部和SQA的要求对新项目或新零件检验，并完成样品流程

5. 05

   Responsible for isolating and handling nonconforming products on site, checking inventory, supervising on-site rework or return, and completing the process of nonconforming products in system 负责隔离、处理现场的不合格品，排查库存，监督现场返工或退货，并在系统中完成不合格品的处理流程

   Cooperate with quality engineer to carry out special inspection of questionable parts, non-standard parts or machines 配合质量工程师，对有疑问的零件、非标零件或机器进行特殊检验

   Other tasks assigned by quality team leader or quality manager 其他质量主管或质量经理的任务安排 Competence and qualification 岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 At least 2 years working experience in line assembly or inspection 至少2年产线装配或检验经验。 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

   High school or technical secondary school or above in mechanical, electrical 机械或电气专业高中或中专或以上学历

9. 02

   Mandarin mother tongue, Master common product descriptions in English 普通话为母语，掌握产品常用英文描述

10. 03

    Knowledge of MS Office and measuring equipment or tools 熟悉办公软件和测量设备或工具

11. 04

    Understand AutoCAD and drawings 了解CAD制图和图纸
