海外制造高级经理

制造规划： 1.1 参与公司年度制造工作计划制定：与国际事业部协同合作，共同制定公司年度制造工作计划。主要负责海外制造可行性研究的筹备与实施工作，确保研究工作顺利推进，为公司海外制造布局提供科学依据。 1.2 开展制造项目管理：依据总部及国际事业部相关领导的指示，开展制造项目管理，妥善管控所有关键制造任务。从项目规划、资源调配到进度跟踪，全方位把控，保障制造项目按计划、高质量完成。 1.3 推动制造能力提升：与来自总部战略部门、卓越制造中心、法务部门、财务部门、产品线部门、供应链部门以及当地团队的核心项目团队成员紧密合作，依据新建投资、合资企业或合作伙伴关系的方向，有效推动新制造模式的建立，提升公司在海外市场的制造能力与竞争力。 1.4 支持卓越制造体系与标准的复制与建立：确保海外制造工厂的卓越制造体系与标准与中国母厂保持一致，通过复制母厂的成功经验和管理模式，提升海外制造工厂的整体运营水平。 1.5 建立沟通渠道：与总部及海外各关键支持团队建立有效沟通渠道，及时解决重要问题与挑战，重点关注流程改进。通过定期会议、信息共享平台等方式，促进团队间的协作与交流，共同推动制造流程的优化与提升。 1.6在公司海外制造设施中，积极推动并实施公司的质量文化，开展适当的风险评估，推行精益制造理念，确保产品质量稳定可靠，生产过程高效低耗。 Manufacturing Planning: Establish in the formulation of the company's annual manufacturing work plan collaborate with OBD direction, mainly responsible for the preparation and implementation of the overseas manufacturing feasibility study. Develop the manufacturing project management based as directed by HQ and OBD’s Stakeholders and control all key manufacturing tasks properly. Responsible for promoting the manufacturing capability with core project team from HQ Strategic, MCE, Legal, Finance, Product Lines, Supply Chain and Local team to execute the establishment of new manufacturing modes by direction of the greenfield investment, JVs or partnership completed effectively. Support the replication and establishment of manufacturing excellence system and standards align with the mother’ factories in China. Establish communication channel with all key supporting group in HQ and overseas group to solve all importance problems/ challenges – focus on process improvement. Drive and implement the company's quality culture, Proper risk assessment, Lean manufacturing to the overseas manufacturing facilities. 制造执行 2.1 参与新产品/零部件制造能力、质量控制与改进工作：此工作涵盖与当地关键零部件供应商的合作，确保整个制造流程的顺畅与高效。 2.2 推动制造能力提升：与整个制造项目团队成员紧密协作，优化所需支持，如物料清单、有效的包装与物流方案、标准作业流程、高效的工程变更管理、工艺验证、制造实践以及基于子公司运营状况的任何特殊要求。通过这些举措，不断提升制造能力，满足业务发展需求。 2.3 负责协调与组织海外制造运营工作：在海外地区，负责协调各方资源，组织并推动卓越运营工作的开展。确保海外制造工厂在生产效率、质量控制、成本管理等方面达到高标准，提升整体运营水平。 2.4 参与整个制造过程绩效评估：对制造过程进行全面、深入的绩效评估，包括生产效率、产品质量、成本控制等多个方面。通过评估结果，发现问题并提出改进措施，持续优化制造流程。 2.5 协助提升配套制造团队及内部项目成员能力：根据业务需求，协助提升配套制造团队以及内部项目成员的能力。这包括提供培训、分享经验、指导工作等，确保团队成员具备完成工作任务所需的知识和技能。（此工作涵盖现场制造支持） 2.6负责确保海外制造及基于供应链的网络符合柳工采购标准，从供应商选择、原材料采购到产品交付等各个环节，都严格遵循柳工的采购规范和质量要求。 Manufacturing Execution: 2.1Participate in the manufacturing capability, quality control and improvement of new product/component development, introduction, and production on the manufacturing network.     In addition, 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible job-related experience are typically required. Working experience in manufacturing of the heavy equipment with expanded skill on the manufacturing project management, manufacturing set up, facility planning and layout, process quality control, standard work development, manufacturing process validation, supply chain and procurement, strong analysis thinking based on data, good communication skill with global team, problem solving and excellence to drive the continuous improvement.
