Software Engineer，C#/Golang/Java，CX

The Tesla IT Applications Sales & Delivery Team builds applications that support Tesla’s rapid growth and deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience across sales operations. As a Software Engineer, you will design and implement features for our 2C and 2B services, integrate with internal platforms, and help keep production healthy through solid engineering and observability practices. You will work closely with senior engineers and product partners to deliver reliable solutions for Sales & Delivery employees in China and APAC. Responsibilities： Design, develop, and maintain 2C and 2B services that support sales operations in China and APAC markets. Implement application features and integrations that power AI Agent workflows for Sales & Delivery employees, working within existing frameworks and under guidance from senior engineers. Perform system integrations and participate in technology upgrades across services and platforms. Apply observability best practices, including metrics, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting. Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and propose improvements based on production signals. Write and maintain technical documentation for features, workflows, and operational runbooks. Collaborate with senior engineers on design reviews; own feature-level delivery from implementation through production readiness.

Mandatory Qualifications 3+ years of application development experience. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, or strong willingness to ramp up on them (Golang/JAVA background welcome). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Enterprise + Jenkins). Intermediate with Docker and Kubernetes. Intermediate Linux knowledge. Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP and application-layer protocols). Preferred Qualifications： Hands-on experience building or extending LLM agents (e.g., ReAct-style agents with tool calling and runtime prompt construction). Experience with high-concurrency workloads and large-scale data processing. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and cryptography. Experience with secret management (e.g., Hashicorp Vault). Proficiency with databases and middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and OpenSearch. Hands-on experience with observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, AlertManager, Grafana, Splunk). Proven ability to respond to production incidents and perform effective troubleshooting.
