• NVH static test (mode test, transfer function test, etc.) • NVH dynamic test (on road data recording) • NVH analysis on structural/ road/wind noise, thermal/DU vibration. Etc. • NVH test lab and facility management • Contribute directly as the NVH team coordinator to ensure successfully execution. • Structure-borne Road Noise and Vibration Reduction: Multi-reference transfer path; principal component and modal analysis; Chassis component and system optimization; Point and body dynamic stiffness optimization.

and Requirements • Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, vehicle engineering, materials engineering, industrial. • Strong knowledge and experience (5+ years) in passenger vehicle chassis design and development with focus on structure-borne transfer path improvement • A good understanding of design guidelines for NVH mitigation; test, development, and verification requirements in one of the NVH sub-attributes (powertrain, body, chassis, aero-acoustic, acoustic package). • Delivery of NVH full vehicle solutions from benchmarking, targets setting through development and verification. • Knowledge of state-of-the-art NVH development techniques including latest hardware and software development tools. • Ability to deliver a cross platform road noise, powertrain, or acoustic package integration strategy. • Deliver optimum engineering solutions with successful and timely resolution of issues. • Plan and manage internal and external test facility and resource. • Extensive automotive experience in NVH development and issue mitigation and experience of working in NVH test environment. • Ability to deliver subjective evaluation of vehicle attributes and to process, analyze and report test data. • Good knowledge and mentality on problem solving process (e.g., 8D, 6 sigma). • Knowledge of LMS Test.Lab, HEAD ArtemiS, or PAK • MATLAB experience for data processing / automation • Have experience to use NVH data recording tools, like LMS, Head, N-Modal or any local facility for vibration, sound data collecting. • Have experience or knowledge in vibration & noise basis. • Have model correction experience or knowledge also preferred (Including Test & CAE for model correction) • Have positive working attitude, strong practical ability. • Excellent time management skills. • English speaking proficiency.
