Overseas Service Delivery Engineer

   Responsible for on-site equipment inspections and maintenance at energy storage power stations Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, power distribution cabinets, firefighting systems, etc.) in accordance with the O&M plan; promptly identify and address equipment abnormalities to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.

   Responsible for on-site fault diagnosis and emergency response Receive and respond to equipment fault alerts; quickly conduct on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair and restoration work; coordinate with relevant technical teams to resolve complex faults; minimize equipment downtime; and improve system availability.

   Assist with Equipment Commissioning Manage resource allocation for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage project equipment.

   Manage O&M Data and Prepare Reports Collect and organize equipment operational data, fault records, maintenance records, and inspection reports; analyze equipment operational status and health; propose optimization recommendations and regularly produce O&M analysis reports to provide a basis for improving equipment reliability.

   Responsible for On-Site Safety Management and Client Communication Strictly enforce electrical safety operating procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk management and work permit systems; maintain communication and coordination with clients, project owners, and relevant partner organizations; provide timely feedback on equipment operation to enhance client satisfaction.

   Responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of EVs, as well as the inspection and repair of the “three-electric” systems—including power batteries, electric motors, and electronic control systems. Job

Bachelor's degree or higher; Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale storage projects; Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; Fluency in English; proficiency in the language of the country where the position is located is preferred; Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with excellent logical thinking; Aligns with the company’s culture of hard work, has a strong sense of responsibility, is proactive, and is highly self-motivated.
