Repairs Specialist/Artisan
岗位职责
Repair & Technical Execution Perform repairs on leather goods, accessories, watches, and jewelry. Manage engraving, hot stamping, and repair tracking systems. Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate orders with Paris when required. Embody Louis Vuitton’s values of craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork in all aspects of the role. Service & Store Support Ensure quality, lead time, and prioritization of repairs. Communicate proactively with stores regarding repair status and delays. Contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales service.
任职要求
Technical background in repairs or craftsmanship. Detail-oriented with strong quality focus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English.
