Project Procurement Specialist

Manage project materials - raw-material purchasing, supplier nomination for projects, and tracking tooling plans after nomination.

Source and develop sample suppliers, coordinate and resolve supplier quality issues and conduct supplier performance evaluations to ensure an effective supply system.

Establish and maintain material pricing; manage contract execution and administration.

Maintain open purchase orders; close obsolete or stagnant orders in the ERP system in a timely manner.

Reconcile with suppliers regularly; handle invoicing and payment.

Support cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Project teams on day-to-day activities.

Master's degree or above in supply chain or a power-electronics/structural engineering field.

English as a working language; communicate without barriers.

Proactive, rigorous logical thinking, good coordination, and sound judgment and decision-making.
