Process Engineer

Participate in the development of R&D design plans for new platforms; provide reasonable recommendations for new platform product designs based on past product experience and competitive benchmarking.

Oversee platform R&D progress and perform process and fixture/tooling design and validation.

Develop process documentation for new platforms, including DFA (Design for Assembly), PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), quality issue lists, process characteristic lists, fixture/tooling lists, stress test reports, manufacturing cost estimates, and equipment/assembly line assessments.

Ensure process quality for prototype and pilot-run products by defining assembly processes, debugging processes, and inspection procedures.

Organize and lead process reviews; coordinate alignment between platform projects and individual project teams on process-related matters.

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or mechatronics.

Fluent with structural design and development software.

Works independently, keeps learning, thinks things through, and reasons rigorously.

Open to occasional travel.
