• Support Parts Logistics project including data analysis, parts logistics data update, and internal coordination etc. · Prepare document for Dealer Support cases or requests. · Assist dealers in inquiring about parts with colleagues at the UK headquarters. · Customer experience strategy development & writing competitive research and analysis reports. · Regularly prepare and send reports on the achievement of relevant data to distributors. · Assist in organizing online and offline dealer training sessions. · Cross-sectoral collaboration and knowledge dissemination. · Other administrative work.

/Required Qualification: · Language skills: Fluent English. · General Skills: data processing and reporting. · Proficiency in Microsoft office application including Excel and PPT is a must. · Excellent organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detail. · Bachelor or Master students, preferred major: Unlimited.
