低压测试开发工程师 FCT Engineer
岗位职责
Test System Development & Support: Under mentorship, participate in the design and implementation of test system software and hardware for Tesla products from prototype to mass production. Driver Development & Integration: Assist in developing device drivers for new products and integrating them into larger production systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage early in the product development lifecycle with Electrical Engineering (EE), firmware, and integration teams to optimize Design for Test (DFT) and propose test functionality and performance enhancements. Data Analysis & Feedback: Support failure/data analysis efforts and provide actionable feedback to electronics design, firmware/software, and manufacturing teams to drive product and process improvements. Documentation & Process Standards: Contribute to system test plan documentation and assist in communicating test progress to leadership and team members. Automation Framework Maintenance: Help design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and software test scripts for new features. CI/CD & Tool Development: Participate in developing automation tools, maintain CI/CD pipelines for regression testing, and support rapid test prototyping on new hardware. External Collaboration Support: Assist in liaising with Contract Manufacturers (CM), NPI, and external vendors to ensure test stations and hardware are ready for manufacturing.
任职要求
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; candidates graduating between 2023–2026. Experience: Relevant internship experience or solid academic project background (internships of 3+ months are preferred). Hardware Fundamentals: Strong understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics hardware architectures and design. System Tools: Proficiency with Unix/Linux command-line tools and environments. Testing Theory: Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one of Python, Golang, or Rust/C++, with hands-on application experience. Hardware Literacy: Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts to design clear and effective software test plans. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 10% of the time, as project needs dictate. Preferred Qualifications EDA Tools: Experience with CAD tools like Altium or Allegro for schematic and PCB layout design. Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to lead or deeply contribute to automated testing projects with independent problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the potential to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment. Hands-On Testing: Practical knowledge of tester design, debugging, limit setting, and process acceptance. Data Analysis: Competence in statistical analysis and proficiency in using data analysis tools. Technical Enthusiasm: Passion for learning and applying new software and AI capabilities to optimize factory test processes and tools. System Architecture: Deep understanding of hardware/software architecture and system interoperability, with a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering (EE).
