   MRP Execution Run MRP to generate accurate material

plans, ensuring timely material supply for production. considering long lead time components (PCBA, semiconductors), to ensure timely material supply.

   Order & Delivery Place and track POs to secure EMS supplier OTD; monitor tier2 material performance and drive recovery plans for risk deliveries.

3. 03

   Inventory Management Monitor DIN, GIN, UHS, Provision; analyze E&O; enforce liability clauses with EMS partners; maintain master data accuracy including plant & supplier inventory. Monthly review EMS supplier tier2 material stock and po status.

   Production Support Align with production planning; adjust schedules based on EMS kitting readiness; ensure line continuity during ramp-up, steady, and ramp-down phases.

5. 05

   Data & SPS Analyze consumption, shortage, turnover, and supplier performance; track S-OTD, forecast accuracy, and supply-demand gap; support SPS upstream audits.

6. 06

   Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, quality, and finance; act as EMS material SPOC; bridge sourcing, TMC, and EMS planning.

   Opti-flow Management Drive continuous improvement using VMI, JIT, Kanban, and Consignment; deploy lean flows (e.g., milk-run, line-side kanban) and enable end-to-end visibility from EMS sub-tier to production line.

   3+ years supply chain planning experience, with EMS/CM material control background (consigned material, sub-tier follow-up, E&O liability).

9. 02

   Good SAP experience, including EMS-related transactions (subcontracting, consignment, forecast release).

    Fluent English (written & oral); good MS Office skills.

11. 04

    Strong digital skills (Tableau, VBA, Python, etc.) & EMS collaboration platform experience is a plus.

    Strong logical thinking and learning ability;

    Good problem-solving skills, especially in EMS shortage scenarios with root cause analysis and cross-site coordination.

14. 07

    Bachelor's degree or above (Supply Chain, Logistics, IE, or related field).
