• Responsible for plant purchasing activity for Production. • Contribute(Optimize) to the production purchasing performance of the plant. Main Activity • Productivity - Accountable for the material productivity of the plant. - Monitoring of the negotiation actions and their results. - Support technical and supplier change actions (identification and progress) with escalation process within the purchasing function and/or the plant. - Declare all savings actions in Isave and ensure the follow up • Supplier management - Develop APOP (Annual Procurement Operation Plan) for responsible suppliers. - Suppliers negotiation in the regions included RFQ process - Contribute to supplier

with Supplier assessment - Management of supplier risk - Launch specific initiatives with the suppliers (Should Cost, ISO26000, DPO, Lean,…). - Contractualize supplier relationship (Supplier agreements, MSA…) - Manage claim against Outside Group supplier when the contractual conditions are not respected Profile/skill : Proven negotiation skills Analytical skills & cost analysis Proven influence & convincing skills Agile & creative in complex problem solving Fluent in English availability for travels Open minded & Result oriented Teamwork Spirit 3-5 years successful Experience in procurement
