ESS Project Management Engineer/Manager

   Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in UK, build good relationship and identify needs and explore high-value potential project opportunities;

   Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at customer side;

   Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;

   Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the

and customer engagement;

   Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;

   Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;

7. 07

   Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members. Requirement: Education：Bachelor degree or above； Skills：good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing； Experience: At least 3 years of experience for PM; Oversea working experience is prior consideration; Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery; Language：Proficient in English Others：Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment.
