Total Rewards Specialist - CATK

Compensation Administration: Assist with annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, market benchmarking, and job evaluations. Benefits Management: Coordinate health, retirement, wellness, and insurance programs, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries and vendor management. Data & Analytics: Conduct regular audits, analyze compensation and benefits data, and prepare reports to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Compliance & Policy: Ensure all reward programs comply with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Communication & Support: Create employee-facing communication materials and training resources to help staff understand their total compensation packages.

& Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience: at least 4 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, or general human resources operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP). Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communication, and strict attention to confidentiality and detail Work Environment & Physical Requirements Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
