Portfolio & Roadmap Management:  Partner with the Marketing department to optimize the product roadmap for legacy products, proactively planning and identifying resource

for the upcoming year. Request Evaluation & Prioritization:  Review and assess incoming requests, making business-driven evaluation to accept or reject them  Balance priorities and resource availability across multiple projects to ensure optimal allocation of functional resources. Project & Change Management  Present comprehensive proposals, including solutions, cost analyses, and impact assessments  Initiate and coordinate all activities within the change execution process, lead cross-functional team activities to deploy product evolutions, managing the process from project Open to Sell.  Proactively identify project risks and issues, coordinate and track action plans to resolution.  Prepare and lead stage-gate reviews, reporting on progress, planning, and key information in the Board of Change meeting. Qualifications: Education:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control Engineering, or equivalent. Experience:  5+ years in power quality product development (SVG, APF, DVR, Capacitor, Reactor)  Managed or involved in multiple projects, including product development, component replacement, firmware upgrades, mechanical optimization and system troubleshooting, consistently meeting project schedule and quality standards. Technical Skills:  In-depth knowledge of equipment and applications about SVG, APF, Capacitor and RPC reactors.  Proficient with power converter topologies, driver circuit, Control Algorithm, thermal management  Sufficient knowledge of safety and EMI/EMC design. Personal Skills:  Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous learning.  Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for risk management and quality.  Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results.  Good documentation and presenting skills
