   按照订单依赖要求的交付时间进行样件生产、交付 Sample production and delivery according to the delivery time required by order dependence; ① 接收并对接收的试做依赖进行初步确认，按照交付日期，编制试做计划，并按照订单数量向项目组发出部品的需求； Receive and preliminarily confirm the trial dependencies received, prepare trial plans according to the delivery date, and send parts

to the project team according to the order quantity; ② 按照试做计划组织相关部门人员进行现场确认； Organize relevant department personnel to confirm on site according to the trial plan

   跟踪项目试生产过程中的问题点的改善情况 Tracking the improvement of problems in the pilot production process of the project

   召集、组织新项目PSO审核 Convened and organized PSO review of new projects ① 按照项目日程至少在量产前2个月组织相关部门进行PSO GATE的评审确认； Organize relevant departments to conduct PSO GATE review and confirmation at least 2 months before mass production according to the project schedule; ② 按照项目日程至少在量产前1个月组织PSO审核，并联络相关部门人员进行PSO审核确认。 PSO audit shall be organized at least one month before mass production according to the project schedule, and PSO audit shall be confirmed by contacting relevant department personnel.

   主导批准后的过程变更 Lead the process change after approval 接收批准后的过程变更表格，根据过程变更程序文件要求主导变更 After receiving the approved process change form, lead the change according to the process change procedure document requirements
