Product Data Scientist（GeoOps）

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core autonomous driving infrastructure, including Routing, Dispatch, Pickup & Drop-off (PUDO), operational capabilities, and engineering tools. Partner with engineering, operations, mapping, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs and define product direction. Translate operational challenges and user feedback into scalable product

that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience. Define product vision and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and technical feasibility. Drive product development from ideation through design, implementation, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement. Define and monitor product success through operational KPIs, service metrics, and customer feedback, using data to guide product decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and highly available infrastructure services supporting autonomous driving operations. Lead cross-functional planning across multiple product areas, ensuring alignment between business priorities and engineering execution. Support global deployments across multiple vehicle programs and international markets while balancing product consistency with regional operational requirements. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and business impact to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, or related roles. Experience defining and delivering infrastructure services, operational products, or complex enterprise software. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working closely with engineering teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Strong analytical skills with experience defining product KPIs and making data-driven product decisions. Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, mobility, mapping, or large-scale distributed systems is highly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver products in highly technical environments.
