Onsite Service Engineer (Nio)

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Work independently for service work of Atlas Copco products · Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI · Strong implementation based on service contract

• KPI data collection · Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard · Onsite workshop management and lean suggestion implementation · Implement the ISO internal or external audit requirement · Keep good relationship with customer · Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager · Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer · Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close · Raise red flags when there is business and technical risks · Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Quality policy from both Atlas Copco and Customer · Strictly follow the safety procedures and work instructions, be directly responsible for personal safety in workplace. Correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities.
