Client Engagement & Sales: Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires. Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage. Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling. Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented. Client Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history. Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business. Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients. Brand Ambassador: Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury. Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities. Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (2+ years preferred). Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
