Core Direction | Developer Marketing

1. 01

   Identify the layered needs of 3D / AIGC developers and produce supporting resources and tools.

2. 02

   Outreach to and maintain relationships with developers, KOLs, technical creators, dev teams, and ecosystem partners; own the overseas social media matrix, including technical content creation, distribution, lead routing, and ecosystem partnerships.

3. 03

   Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, industry events, sponsorships, advertising, and other paid promotion.

4. 04

   Conduct research on competitors, the developer market, and regional ecosystems, and coordinate across regional markets. Extended Direction | Developer Community

   Build and operate forums, chat groups, and other channels to give developers a direct platform for communication.

6. 02

   Design and run incentive programs benchmarked against systems like Microsoft MVP, Google GDE, and AWS Hero.

7. 03

   Help define community codes of conduct and foundational operating processes, building a sustainable community mechanism that fosters developer exchange, contribution, and long-term co-creation. 核心方向｜Developer Marketing

   洞察 3D / AIGC 开发者分层需求，输出配套资料与工具。

   触达开发者、KOL、技术创作者、开发团队及生态伙伴 Outreach 与关系维护； 负责海外社媒矩阵建设及技术内容制作、投放、线索流转及生态合作。

    配合 Marketing 团队开展 Campaign、参与行业活动、商务赞助、广告及其他付费推广。

    搭建并运营主持论坛、聊天和其他渠道，为开发者提供直接交流的平台。

    参与并设置激励计划，对标 Microsoft MVP、Google GDE、AWS Hero 等体系。

    协助制定社区行为准则及基础运营流程，创建可持续的社区运营机制，促进开发者交流、贡献与长期共创。

Requirements

1. 01

   Interest in AIGC / 3D / gaming / Developer Tools / developer ecosystems, with an understanding of—or willingness to quickly learn—the technical developer mindset.

2. 02

   Fluency in English or the primary language of the target region, capable of overseas communication, content production, and event coordination.

3. 03

   Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, business acumen, and public speaking skills.

4. 04

   Basic data analysis capabilities for campaigns, paid media, community operations, and related activities. Bonus points:

   Prior experience in developer marketing or community operations within AIGC / 3D / Cloud / Developer Tools.

6. 02

   Familiarity with developer platforms such as LinkedIn / X / Discord / GitHub.

7. 01
