Overseas KOC Operations Intern海外 KOC 运营实习生

Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for KOC discovery and execution on overseas platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including influencer evaluation, influencer communication, collaboration follow-up, brief preparation, and content publishing follow-up;

2、Assist in planning and executing overseas online campaigns and community operations, promptly following up on campaign processes and performance reviews;

3、Monitor overseas social media trends, competitor dynamics, and industry hot topics, and compile market insights.

岗位职责：

1、负责 TikTok / Instagram / YouTube 等海外平台 KOC 挖掘与执行，包括达人评估、达人沟通、合作跟进、Brief 准备、内容发布跟进；

2、协助策划并执行海外线上活动与社群运营，及时跟进活动流程及效果复盘；

3、关注海外社媒趋势、竞品动态及行业热点，整理市场洞察。

Job Requirements

1、Expected to graduate in 2027 or later, with a bachelor's degree or above; majors in marketing, media/communication, or language-related fields are preferred;

2、Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate via overseas email and social media;

3、Familiar with the ecosystem of overseas social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube;

4、Interested in KOC/KOL marketing, overseas community operations, and content creation;

5、Creative thinker with strong learning ability and good communication skills, possessing cross-cultural awareness and execution capability;

6、Experience in overseas markets, influencer collaboration, community operations, or campaign planning is preferred.

岗位要求：

1、2027 年及以后毕业，本科及以上学历，市场营销、传媒、语言类相关专业优先；

2、英语听说读写能力良好，能够进行海外邮件及社媒沟通；

3、熟悉 TikTok / Instagram / YouTube 等海外社交平台生态；

4、对 KOC/KOL 营销、海外社群运营、内容创作有兴趣；

5、脑洞大，学习能力强，善于沟通，具备跨文化意识和执行能力；

6、有海外市场、达人合作、社群运营或活动策划经验优先。
